In-depth careers advice and action planning
Help with filling out application forms

Preparation for job interviews
Use of phone, photocopier, computers, scanners and fax for applications/jobsearch
Information on training courses
Referrals to agencies providing specialist advice

The Centre also keeps reference materials such as information on training and education and up-to-date listings of job vacancies from varied sources, including:

Specialist recruitment publications

The Centre is involved in a series of projects aimed at helping people back into the job market. These are delivered in collaboration with our partners, including North Tyneside Council, Working Links, Next Step and a range of other local organisations.

The Centre has been given official Matrix accreditation for the provision of these services to our users.
