Wallsend People's Centre cafe is open from 9.00am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday. With a warm and friendly environment, we prepare everything fresh on-site everyday with good home cooking and fresh vegetables.

We cater for everyone from children to older people, with a children's menu and lunchtime special for older people.

A typical day's menu can be:

• Mince and dumplings
• Chicken curry and rice
• Carrots and peas
• Mashed potatoes or chips

All this for £2.85 (£3.25 including dessert). Older person's £2.25 (£2.75 including dessert). Children's luch including dessert £1.75.
